Chapter 8 : Can I do it? ( 2 )

8.2 What do I do if I lose the motivation to study?

Have a positive  thinking and use the power of the mind. Always suggest good things about yourself.

Visualise yourself in five years to come. If you continue being unmotivated visualize what will become of you. You action today will decide your fate tomorrow.

Look at the successful people around you. Remember that there is nothing easy in life; even a simple chore like cooking rice requires an effort. Remember your parents who have put so much hope and spent so much money and time on you.

Be warned that you will be that parent one day and you do not want your children to disappoint you in the manner that you may disappoint your parents by feeling demoralised or demotivated and losing interent in studying.

All regions teach their followers to work hard, as all efforts put to improve one’s knowledge is highly regarded by all religions. A knowledgeable but poor person is far superior to one who is rich but ignorant.

Believe you are defeated, believe it long enough, and it is likely to become a fact.
