 Allow students to actually do things rather than the teacher  just chalking and talking ‘at’ them. They discover the consequences of  their actions  and appreciate decision-making better

R – REALISTIC :  Make the learning environment close to a real-life situation. This would be better preparing them for the real-world

I – INSPIRATIONAL: Inspire students ; give examples of people who have achieve  great success. Teachers who are motivated and passionate about  their teaching have an amazing effect on their students

M – MEANINGFUL:         

Make it relevant for the students and what they are interested in

E – ENGAGING:                

Make it interesting and fun for the students (and the teacher). Enable students to experiment with their own ideas , empowering and giving  them a sense of ownership in the learning process
