Kesinambungan Program

Program perkembangan profesional yang berterusan dan intensif akan memberi impak yang lebih tinggi berbanding program yang berkala. Oleh sebab itu pembudayaan adalah penting. Walaupun pemimpin silih berganti, program tetap mempunyai kesinambungan -nya kerana semua pihak sudah memahami kepentingan program tersebut.

Membudayakan Perkembangan Profesional

The chief resource teachers bring to their teaching is not simply the skills that they have acquired in their training but instead it is themselves, the people they are, the viewpoints that they have adopted. Teachers can each learn to be scholars of their own consciousness and experts in the remodeling of their experiencing of the experience of learning.
