Holistik approach to passing an exam


Physical
>> Stay healthy and take steps towards this

Emotion
>> Avoid stressful situations. Be friendly to all your friends and offend nobody

Intellectual
>> Prepare yourself well as explained earlier

Spiritual
>> This is one component that has to be stressed upon. It is often overlooked by many students. It is important to realise that whatever that happens in this world is disposed by God. After doing everthing that is humanly possible, a Believer would leave the consequences in the hands of God. They will be ready for any consequence and will not be unduly stressed by any adverse result. This is one of the important components in stress management.
