3. Inadequate preparation.

4. Delaying the start of workshops to accommodate atecomes.

6. Not managing participants who monopolize conversations,

7. Talking down to the group.

8. Conducting childish games.

9. Reading verbatim from overheads, rather than expanding on key points.

10. Not finishing the workshop on time.
